EquipHotel 2026

EquipHotel 2026 is a trade show dedicated to the hospitality and hotel industry, scheduled to take place from 2 November 2026 to 5 November 2026 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles in Paris, France. The event is organized by RX France and occurs every two years in even-numbered years, with the next edition expected in November 2028.

The event attracts a diverse audience including hoteliers, restaurant owners, architects, investors, and specifiers. It serves as a platform for showcasing products, services, and innovations relevant to the hospitality sector.

Exhibitors have specific deadlines leading up to the event, starting with booking spaces by 4 May 2026 and culminating in on-site build-up by 30 October 2026. The breakdown of stands is scheduled for 6 November 2026, following the official show dates.

The event offers a range of stand formats including custom builds, premium modular designs, eco-designed structures, immersive experiences, and group pavilions. These stands are designed to meet the technical requirements of Paris Expo Porte de Versailles and can be reused in future editions.

Participants can request a personalized timeline for their exhibition setup, which includes key milestones such as design kick-off, 3D design sign-off, technical orders, fabrication, pre-assembly, and on-site build-up.

The event also provides opportunities for exhibitors to host client evenings or partner dinners, which can be coordinated alongside their exhibition stands by an English-speaking project manager.
