Platform operator
Changing language does not change the catalog market, currency or billing operator. This document belongs to the stated market in both language versions.
1. Scope and billing operator
The platform operator is . The billing operator for this market is ExpoLocator Global BV. Currency: EUR. International services are paid using the bank details of Engineering Technology OÜ.
2. Orders and invoices
Order through the plans page or a partner. The service, listing, period, price, discount, currency and payment details are shown before payment. Every invoice belongs to one market. Changing language does not replace an issued invoice’s currency or payment details.
3. Subscriptions and partners
A subscription is activated after payment is confirmed. A partner discount cannot exceed that partner’s limit. The reward is the difference between the limit and discount applied to the base price; it accrues after actual payment and is reversed upon refund.
4. Mailings and CPC
Quotas and prices follow the selected plan. Additional mailings beyond the quota require a separate invoice. CPC charges only valid clicks at the agreed rate and excludes automated traffic. Tracking a free listing does not by itself create a payment obligation.
5. Refunds
A refund reverses the corresponding subscription and partner reward. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
