1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern the use of the GLOBAL contour of ExpoLocator.com, operated by [OPERATOR TO BE CONFIRMED — placeholder, no fictitious data is published]. For the Russian-language contour, separate terms at /ru/terms/ apply — issued by a different operator under Russian law.
2. What the Service is
ExpoLocator is an open international catalog of trade fairs, exhibiting companies and organisers, with outbound-click tracking (/go/) and optional commercial services. Basic catalog information is open and free; commercialisation is built around additional services, not around artificially withholding catalog data.
3. Accounts and catalog pages
Accounts are provided for companies, organisers and partners. A catalog card may be claimed by an authorised representative; ExpoLocator verifies claim requests and links the account to the existing card instead of creating duplicates. Organiser links to events must be confirmed by the Service or an administrator. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.
4. Acceptable use
Do not: submit unlawful or misleading information; scrape the catalog in ways that breach these terms; attempt to gain unauthorised access; submit personal data of third parties that the catalog does not need (the catalog is built around organisations, not people); use the platform to send unlawful communications. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Commercial services
Paid plans, mailings, CPC and partner services are governed by the Commercial Terms of the relevant contour. Each commercial operation belongs to exactly one contour (RU or GLOBAL) with its own operator, currency and terms.
6. Intellectual property and data
Catalog data originates from public sources and from submissions by companies and organisers (see the Data & Content Policy). Report incorrect information via the “Report incorrect information” link on any catalog page or by e-mail.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The catalog is provided “as is”; event dates and details may change — always verify with the official event website linked from each card. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExpoLocator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the catalog.
8. Changes, law
These terms may be updated; the version in force at the time of your order or action applies to it. Governing law and venue follow the operator identified in section 1 until real operator details are published, after which they will be stated explicitly.
