Commercial Terms

1. Scope

These Commercial Terms govern paid services of the GLOBAL contour of ExpoLocator.com (company/organiser plans, additional mailings, CPC contracts), operated by [OPERATOR TO BE CONFIRMED — placeholder, no fictitious data is published]. The RU contour has separate terms in Russian.

2. Orders and invoices

Paid services are ordered via the public plans page or a partner. Each order is issued as an invoice by the commercial operator of your contour (GLOBAL: EUR; RU: RUB — separate entity, details and documents). Invoices carry a unique number; payment is made to the operator’s requisites shown on the invoice. The invoice page shows its contour explicitly; a GLOBAL invoice is never issued with RU requisites and vice versa.

3. Subscriptions and activation

After payment is confirmed, subscriptions activate automatically and catalog cards receive PRO status for the subscription period. Partner discounts never exceed the partner’s configured limit; the partner reward is (limit − discount) of the base price and is accrued only after actual payment, with reversal (storno) if a payment is refunded.

4. Additional mailings

Organiser packages include a mailing quota set by the plan; extra mailings beyond the quota are billed separately. Prices and quotas are administered in the tariff settings, not hard-coded.

5. CPC

CPC contracts bill valid outbound clicks at the individually agreed price per click. Automated traffic and obvious bots are excluded from billing. Tracking and billing are separate: a free object’s clicks are tracked but never billed.

6. Refunds and storno

A payment can be reversed (storno) by the operator: subscriptions are withdrawn and partner rewards are rolled back. Statutory withdrawal/consumer rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.

7. Taxes, documents

Prices are shown per plan; applicable taxes are handled by the operator of the contour. Accounting documents are issued in the contour’s currency by the contour’s operator.
