Marketing Communications Policy
1. Purpose
This policy explains which corporate contacts are used for B2B communications, on what basis, and how to stop them (§ 103¹ of the Estonian Electronic Communications Act is taken into account for corporate contacts).
2. Whose contacts and for what
We use corporate e-mail addresses published by companies themselves (e.g. info@company.com) for: (a) service notifications about the company’s own orders, claims and subscriptions; (b) B2B marketing of ExpoLocator’s own similar services. We do not send marketing to personal e-mail addresses we happen to find, and we do not sell or rent contact lists.
3. Opt-out and suppression list
Every marketing message contains a one-click unsubscribe link (free, electronic, simple). An opted-out address goes into an internal suppression list (contact, scope, reason, blocked_at) that is checked before every campaign and every send; it is kept solely to prevent further sends and is not deleted by routine purges, so a future import cannot reinstate the address.
4. Consent vs other bases
Where direct marketing to a corporate contact requires consent under applicable electronic communications law, we seek it before sending; otherwise B2B communications rest on legitimate interests with a standing opt-out. Service notifications are not marketing and carry no promotional content.
